Do I need an account to play

Every user of the Raffball website needs an account in order to purchase Raffball tickets. For security against fraudulant payments, our payment processor records each transaction number against a user purchase which is stored within each users’ account for their own personal record keeping. 

Can I create multiple accounts

It is against the rules to setup multiple accounts to try circumvent certain Raffball ticket restrictions; whereby a certain prize may have a limitation on the number of tickets a single user may purchase. Our system not only logs and stores individual IP addresses, machine data is stored too and matched against data collected during the checkout procedure. If the system detects that the same machine is used to purchase more tickets from a restricted Raffle, the associated user account will be locked down. 

I've forgotten my email address to reset my password

If you are logged out and cannot remember your email address used during the signup proccess, you will need to contact our support team to verify your identity, and they will then begin the process of unlocking your account. Don’t worry, it’s takes less than 5 mins to unlock an account, so don’t get frustrated, we will get your account back online for you.

How do I see my past purchases

Within your (My Account) page you can view all your past purchases within the “Orders” tab on the left. 

My address has changed

Within your (My Account) page you can change your address and shipping details from the left hand menu “Addresses” tab. If your billing address is different from your shipping address, you will need to update this. Please remember that both your billing address and shipping address need to be up to date for both purchasing Raffball tickets, as well as taking delivery of any prizes you win.

How long does it take for a draw to take place

As soon as all tickets have been sold for a specific prize, or if a prize has a 50% lock-in guarantee, the draw for that prize will be announced on the Raffball LTD Facebook Page and the live draw will take place within 48 hours of the raffle closing. Every Raffle prize will have a draw date announced on the page for that prize too.

I live outside the UK, can I purchase tickets

Unfortunately the Raffball website ticket purchases are only available to UK resident who are over the age of 18. If you reside outside of the UK and purchase a ticket for any prize or enter any of the FREE prize giveaways, you will automatically be disqualified. By UK law, we may not sell tickets to any persons outside of the United Kingdom and below the age of 18. 

How will I know if I win

Every Raffle winner will be contacted by both email and telephone, as well as being listed on the website.

I won a prize, how do I recieve it

All prizes will either be sent via tracked courier or delivered in person by a Raffball Team member. Depending on the size and value of the prize, we will arrange with yourself the best time to do either.

I won a prize that requires a driving license

In order to purchase a raffle ticket for a prize that requires a driving license, you will need to be in possession of a full valid UK driving license in order to be eligible as a winner and take delivery. If you do not have a full valid UK driving license, you may nominate and sign over the prize to a family member who possesses a full valid UK driving license, and they can then sign it back over to you once you aquire a full valid UK driving license.

Do you provide VAT receipts

Yes, within your account dashboard you can view and print off any purchases you have made. You will also recieve a VAT receipt via email at the time of purchase.

What will appear on my bank statement

The transaction reference that will appear on your bank statement from the purchase of tickets through the Raffball website will be RAFFBALL LTD RAFFBALLMANSFIELD BG

I bought the wrong numbers, can I get a refund

Yes, you can be issued a refund on a purchase as whole, but not on specific ticket numbers purchased. For example if you chose 3 numbers for a specific raffle and wanted a refund, you would be refunded for all 3 tickets numbers, not just a specific ticket number within a group. You will also need to cancel before the Raffle reaches the end of it’s cycle.

Security

I've been locked out of my account

If you are locked out of your account, you will need to contact us either by telephone or email so we can begin the process of unlocking your account by authenticating your identity. 

I forgot my password

If you forgot your password, just select the “lost password” option on the login screen, if you have a valid account with the Raffball website, the system will email you a password reset to the email address that was used during signup

I don't have access to the email I used to register

If you no longer have access to the email address you used to register and cannot login to your account, you will need to phone or email us so we can begin the process of unlocking your account. We will ask personal details regarding your identity in order to prove you are who you say you are.

Do you store credit card information

Raffball does not store any user credit card or banking information on our website. When you purchase a raffle ticket, you will be processed by our process payment provider who securely encrypts all transactions and doesn’t store any credit card or baking information either. 

Why don't you let players login with their social media accounts?

As easy as it is to allow users to login to the raffball website using their social media accounts, it does present a security flaw. If your social media account is compromised, your raffball account would be another account that would automatically be compromised. Due to the nature of our website, we would not want to risk your personal details being accessed. We understand the frustration of having to create yet another account on yet another website and having to remember those details, but your security and privacy are just as important to us as it is to you.
